Prizes are available for pickup Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays and other noted dates) from 9 AM – 6 PM.

Call the KOHL Business Line (510) 659-6221 (NOT THE REQUEST LINE) before you start driving here so we can ensure a promotions representative will be available and that your prize is ready for pickup.
Bring your ID. KOHL may require it before releasing your prize to you.
